How can I avoid the risk of diabetes?
A diet change is highly necessary to manage your diabetes better. Therefore, you must know what foods you should eliminate from your pantry to stabilize your sugar levels and bring down your diabetes. Most doctors recommend cutting down all sugary items from the foods you should avoid in diabetes as they directly impact your body's insulin levels, increasing your blood sugar levels. In addition, processed food items, foods with high calories, fried food, etc., should all be avoided in diabetes to manage it better. Regular exercise must be included alongwith regular brisk walks.
