Being aware of normal blood sugar levels is critical for us patients for our health and well-being, especially during emergencies.
Doctors have predetermined parameters regarding what the normal blood sugar levels are supposed to be for an ordinary person, diabetic person, and prediabetic person.
For a normal person, the blood sugar level considered normal is:
> 80-100 for fasting,
> 170-200 for just after eating, and
> 120-140 for any individual after 3 hours of eating.

If your blood sugar is 110 fasting, it is a little inclined towards the higher side. :!:

A normal blood sugar level is considered to be a blood sugar level that indicates no sign of diabetes for a patient or an individual. There are multiple tests to check the normal blood sugar level and to see whether the patient should be diagnosed with diabetes or not. So, if the fasting blood sugar level is below 100 mg/dL, it is considered normal.
If the fasting sugar is 110 mg/dL, it is considered higher than normal, indicating that you need to consult a doctor and/or change your sugar intake.

Very few people know that an individual's normal blood sugar level keeps fluctuating throughout the day when you consume food, especially if you consume high sugar foods. However, according to doctors, the normal blood sugar level should be between 70 to 100 mg/dL when fasting, directly indicating no presence of diabetes in a patient. If the results show a level higher like 110 mg/dL, it can be due to increased sugar intake in the diet but it is recommended to consult a doctor for the same.
