Pathetic experience with the service. They took blood and urine samples of my 60 year old mom and for 2 days kept on repeating that we are sending reports. This was done by some SPL LAB under their banner.On a lot of push, Rahul who is the lab incharge misbehaved with my father and denied refunding the amount as well and said machinery has crashed.Won’t recommend this to any one and need strict action against lab incharge Rahul.

Ms Sujata arrived on time and was very polite and caring throughout the process. Actually there was a mistake on my part where I couldn't attend her calls because I was not well and i feel asleep bcoz of my medicines.
