I could not find negative stars, that why I selected single star. They do not care about you. They are just a bunch of unprofessionals who are there to make a fool out of you. They always blame patients for their own wrong doings. Never bother for the tests, and always priorities their own motive for earning money. They are so serious about that they have not done the tests and never bothered to refund money they charged me... Pathetic Service. Do not opt them and take risk on your health.

Pathetic experience with the service. They took blood and urine samples of my 60 year old mom and for 2 days kept on repeating that we are sending reports. This was done by some SPL LAB under their banner.On a lot of push, Rahul who is the lab incharge misbehaved with my father and denied refunding the amount as well and said machinery has crashed.Won’t recommend this to any one and need strict action against lab incharge Rahul.

Ms Sujata arrived on time and was very polite and caring throughout the process. Actually there was a mistake on my part where I couldn't attend her calls because I was not well and i feel asleep bcoz of my medicines. I had scheduled an appointment for my mother but Ms Sujata somehow reached my address by asking my neighbours. Such a lovely girl, and also the collection process was really smooth.
